We carry England by La-Z-Boy, Flexsteel, Jonathan Louis, and a deep mattress program — the makers we'd put in our own homes. Custom upholstery, fabric-by-the-yard programs, and the cushion configurations your clients are going to ask about all come with the membership.

Designers need swatches in hand to close a client. Every custom upholstery program we carry — England by La-Z-Boy, Jonathan Louis, Flexsteel — has a fabric library. Email or call Brian; samples ship same week, no charge.
Priority delivery scheduling
Saturday morning install. Specific 2-hour window. Coordinated with your client's calendar. Trade members get first call on the white-glove delivery windows.

A small in-showroom evening with a featured maker rep, new product walkthroughs, and conversation. Build relationships with the people who source the catalogs you spec.
How it works
- Apply. Email or call Brian. Tell us about your firm and have two documents ready — a business credential (license, resale cert, or pro-org card) and a profession proof (business card or firm website link).
- We review. Brian verifies your credentials within three business days and follows up with any questions.
- You get your member packet. Member ID, your unique trade pricing code, a one-pager of program details, and Brian's direct line.
- Start working. Bring your clients to the showroom by appointment, request fabric samples, place orders online with your code applied, or call Brian to walk an order in by hand.

Who qualifies for Quality Home Trade?
Active interior designers, design firms, architects, licensed home stagers, landscape designers (when furnishings are in-scope), and set decorators. We require two documents — one business credential (license, resale cert, or pro-org membership) and one profession proof (business card or website).
How long does approval take?
Three business days from when we receive your complete application.
What's the trade pricing?
20% off everything in catalog — sofas, sectionals, bedroom, dining, mattresses, accessories, custom upholstery, fabric-by-the-yard. Standard exclusions: sale items, floor samples, delivery fees, shipping, taxes, protection plans.
Is there a minimum purchase or annual volume requirement?
No. Use trade pricing on a $400 accent table or a $40,000 living room — same 20%, same terms.
How do I get tax exemption?
Upload your Texas resale certificate (Form 01-339) with your application. Once verified, we apply tax exemption to every future order, in-store and online.
Do trade members get exclusive product or sneak peeks?
Yes — we host quarterly preview evenings with featured maker reps. New collections are previewed there. We'll add you to the trade list once you're enrolled.
Can I get fabric swatches shipped to me?
Yes, no charge, on request. Email Brian with the program (England by La-Z-Boy, Jonathan Louis, Flexsteel) and the swatches you need.
What about custom upholstery? Does the 20% apply?
Yes. Custom upholstery and fabric-by-the-yard are part of the catalog and included in trade pricing.
How do I apply trade pricing online?
We issue you a unique code at enrollment. Apply it at checkout — the 20% applies automatically. (We're working toward auto-apply via account login; in the meantime, the code does the work.)
Does the program cover the realtor partnership benefits too?
No — those are separate programs. If you're a stager, you can apply to either (we recommend the trade side, since the trade pricing is deeper). Are you a realtor or stager?

What's the return policy for trade members?
Same as our standard policy: stock items returnable within the standard window per category; custom upholstery and special orders are non-returnable once production starts (industry standard). Brian flags any deadline issues at order entry.
Do you deliver outside DFW?
We deliver across a 50-mile catchment from Mesquite — Plano, Frisco, Rockwall, Forney, Garland, Sunnyvale, East Dallas all in scope. Outside that radius we coordinate national LTL shipping at cost.
