Tax & Purchasing Setup

If yes, you'll need to submit a Texas Resale Certificate (Form 01-339). Brian will send instructions after approval.

Program Agreement

Letter of Agreement

Participation in the Quality Home Furniture To the Trade Program requires commitment from both parties. Below is a summary of what we each commit to.

Quality Home will:

  • Not actively solicit your clients.
  • Provide access to Brian Jessup as your dedicated coordinator.
  • Pay commissions on schedule as outlined in the program guidelines.
  • Provide priority delivery scheduling for your client orders.
  • Conduct business fairly and ethically with you and your clients.

You will:

  • Let Brian know when you're coming to the showroom.
  • Accompany and lead your client throughout every visit.
  • Not solicit new clients on Quality Home premises.
  • Accurately represent our products, prices, and policies.
  • Disclose to clients that you receive commission on purchases.
  • Handle your own tax reporting. (Quality Home issues a 1099-NEC.)
