I want to take a moment to give a well deserved shoutout to Mr. Trey and Jesse who delivered and assembled my children's bedroom sets here in Allen, TX. From start to finish these two gentlemen were absolutely outstanding. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
First and foremost their professionalism was top tier. They arrived on time, were respectful of my home, and handled every piece of furniture with care. Not once did I feel like my purchase was just another delivery on their list, they treated it like it mattered. Because to me and my children, it absolutely did.
The assembly was flawless. Every piece was put together with precision and attention to detail. They did not rush, they did not cut corners, and they made sure everything was solid, secure, and exactly where it needed to be before they left.
But what truly set Mr. Trey and Jesse apart was their character. They were kind, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. In a world where good customer service can feel hard to find, these two reminded me that there are still people who take pride in doing their job and doing it well.
My children are so excited about their rooms and a big part of that joy started with the care Mr. Trey and Jesse poured into the delivery and setup.
