Mattress must be sanitary, unstained, and have the original law label attached. No exceptions without tag. No cash value.
Who qualifies
- Original mattress purchase price of $799.99 or more
- Purchased a mattress protector and the required plan at time of sale
- Has slept on the mattress for at least 30 nights
- Mattress is sanitary, unstained, undamaged, with the original law label intact
How it works
- Sleep on it: Give your body 30 nights to adjust.
- Contact us: After 30 nights, reach out to start your one-time comfort reselect.
- Choose your new comfort: Select any qualifying mattress at regular selling price equal to or greater than your original mattress.
- Schedule pickup & delivery: We’ll arrange the exchange and collect applicable fees (see below).
Fees & pricing
- Delivery Pick-up fee: $99.99
- Taxes & delivery: Collected as applicable
- If you select a higher-priced mattress, you’ll pay the difference plus applicable tax and delivery.
Important conditions
- This is a one-time exchange only (no second exchanges or returns).
- This program is an exchange, not a refund (no cash value).
- Mattress must be free of stains, tears, punctures, odors, or damage, and include the original law label.
- All exchange mattresses are sold at regular selling prices and must be at least equal to the original mattress price.
Exclusions
- No returns/exchanges on bedding accessories: pillows, sheets, protectors, or adjustable bases.
