Quality Home Furniture

I'm a little late in getting this up, but I wanted to make sure to highlight the excellent customer service we received at Quality Home Furniture by our Sales Rep. Michael, and our very positive experience as a whole.
With no prior experience buying furniture, much less choosing a fabric to custom cover anything, I had a number of questions regarding colors, fabric composition, what certain labels and markers meant, etc. Michael took all of our inquiries patiently and with genuine good humor. We didn't feel any push to make a decision, which definitely aided in resisting any false sense of urgency, and thankfully we were able to come away happy with our choice.
On a side note, with four young children, the kids' area, in addition to the air hockey/foosball table, was a life saver as we ended up spending much longer there than anticipated.
In conclusion, I want to name the floor manager, Brian, for helping oversee the ordering process and honoring the price listed on the couch we chose, even when it came up in the system as mis-labeled and the company was going to take a hit. We sincerely appreciate your kindess and the integrity of standing by what would have been a technical error. Thank you both!!
