We work with listing agents, buyer’s agents, dual agents, and home stagers. If you hold a TREC license or run a staging business in North Texas, the program is the same for all of you.

Closing-gift match — up to $500 per closing

The lead benefit. Two ways to use it:

  • Gift Card Match. You buy a Quality Home gift card for your client — we double it, up to $500 of match per closing. A $250 card from you becomes a $500 card they can spend with us.
  • Welcome Home Gift. No card needed — pick from a curated set of housewarming pieces (a Texas-made grilling utensil set, a kitchen knife block, or seasonal options that rotate quarterly). We deliver it to the client with your name on the card.

Realtor trade pricing — 15% off your own home

When you furnish your own home, you do it at our trade rate — 15% off everything in the showroom and online. Sofas, sectionals, bedroom sets, dining, mattresses, accessories. No minimum spend. No expiration. Confirm your TREC license at checkout and the price adjusts automatically.

Note: trade pricing applies to your personal purchases. Closing-gift program benefits apply to your client transactions. The two benefits aren’t combinable on the same transaction — see the FAQ below.

Branded closing-gift delivery

If you go the Welcome Home Gift route, we handle delivery to your client’s new address with your name on the card. It shows up at the house, not at the closing table — which means they’re reminded of you the day they move in.

How it works

  1. Apply. Use the form below or call Brian directly. Tell us your name, brokerage, and TREC license number.
  2. We verify. Brian confirms your license and reaches out within two business days.
  3. You get your member packet. Member ID, a one-page benefits summary you can keep in your closing folder, and Brian’s direct line.
  4. Start using the program. Bring your clients to the showroom, mention your member ID, or call ahead and Brian will set up a private appointment.

Frequently asked questions

Who qualifies for the program?

Active Texas Real Estate Commission-licensed real estate agents working in the DFW metro or East Texas, plus North Texas home stagers with a verifiable business address. Brokerage doesn’t matter — we work with agents at every brokerage, large and small.

How long does approval take?

Two business days from when we receive your application.

Is there a minimum purchase or annual volume requirement?

No. Use the program as much or as little as makes sense for your client base.

How does the closing-gift match work exactly?

You purchase a Quality Home gift card in any amount. We double it — up to $500 of match per closing. You hand the doubled-value card to your client at closing, or we can ship it directly to their new address with your name on the card.

Is there a limit on how many closings I can use the gift match for?

No per-agent cap — the $500 match limit is per closing, not per year. Close ten homes and you can use the program on all ten.

Can I combine the closing-gift program with realtor trade pricing on the same transaction?

No. Trade pricing applies to your personal purchases. When you refer a client, the client pays retail and you receive your closing-gift benefit. The two aren’t combinable on the same transaction.

Can I combine realtor trade pricing with financing?

Yes. Our 0% promotional financing options and same-as-cash programs are all compatible with realtor trade pricing. See our financing page.

What if my client wants a private showroom appointment?

Do you deliver outside DFW?

Yes — we deliver anywhere in Texas. North Texas is our regular service area and runs most days of the week. For destinations outside that zone, we work with our dedicated moving company to provide custom pricing. Call (972) 288-9322 to get a quote for your client’s area.

Can stagers join the program too?

Yes. Same program, same benefits, same application process. If you’re a stager who also holds a TREC license, you qualify on both counts.

What’s the difference between this program and the trade program?

The Realtor Partnership Program is built around the closing-gift match and 15% personal trade pricing. The Quality Home Trade program is for interior designers, architects, and design firms — it offers 20% trade pricing across the full catalog, tax-exempt purchasing, and fabric sample access. If you’re a stager who also does design work, you can hold both memberships.

Do you work with agents outside of DFW?

We work with agents anywhere we can deliver — that covers most of North Texas and the East Texas corridor including Tyler. Call Brian if you’re unsure whether your market is in range.
