Santa Barbara - Complete Pier

A Tall Walnut Pier for Display and Hidden Storage

If your living room needs a spot for favorite books, plants and keepsakes plus a place to tuck away remotes and odds and ends, the Santa Barbara Complete Pier handles both jobs in one narrow footprint. An open, ladder-style pier unit sits on top of a 2-drawer cabinet, and the whole piece wears a warm sap walnut veneer with silver metal pulls and tapered legs for a true mid-century modern look. Place one on its own beside a reading chair, or set a pair on either side of a media console to frame your TV wall.

• 1 Santa Barbara 2-Drawer Cabinet in Walnut (base)

Materials and Construction

Both pieces are built from rubberwood and MDF finished with a sap walnut veneer. The cabinet's two drawers use English dovetail joinery and run on 45 mm ball bearing glides, and the top drawer has a black felt lining for jewelry, watches or other small items you want to keep from getting scratched. Silver metal hardware and angled, tapered legs finish the mid-century style. The pier unit has an open frame with multiple tiers of shelving for vertical display. Made in Malaysia. Please note that lighting can make the walnut color look slightly different from the photos.

Assembly

Assembly is required. Each piece ships in its own carton, so the complete pier arrives in two cartons: one for the pier unit and one for the 2-drawer cabinet.
