Materials and Construction
The seat and back are upholstered in a charcoal linen-type fabric made of 100% polyester, set on a grey frame. Features include a 360-degree swivel, nailhead trim accents, a high backrest and a footrest ring. These stools are made in Vietnam. As with any upholstered piece, the fabric color may look slightly different in person than on screen because of lighting.
Assembly
No assembly is required. Both stools arrive fully assembled in a single carton, so they are ready to pull up to the counter as soon as they are unboxed.

The manufacturer lists cleaning code WS for this fabric. On upholstery, WS generally means a mild water-based or solvent-based cleaner may be used. Blot spills quickly, test any cleaner on a hidden spot first, and vacuum the fabric now and then to keep it looking fresh. The set is covered by a 1 Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty.
