Power reclining sectionals let each seat recline to any angle with a button press rather than a manual lever -- no pushing back with your body weight. This makes them significantly easier for people with limited mobility and allows more precise positioning than manual recliners. Most power reclining sectionals also include USB charging ports built into the console or armrests, and higher-end models add power headrests and lumbar adjustment. Like all reclining sectionals, they need clearance behind the back when reclined; wall-hugger mechanisms reduce this clearance requirement significantly.
