Each collection is named after a DFW neighborhood or landmark: Highland Park, Las Colinas, Lakewood, Grapevine, Rockwall, Addison, Swiss Avenue, Bishop Arts — places our customers know and call home. The furniture is built to belong in a DFW home specifically, not shipped from overseas and sold everywhere.

What Makes Quality Home Reserve Different

Most furniture sold in DFW showrooms is built overseas months in advance, shipped in containers, and sits in a warehouse until it's sold. The fabric choices and configurations you see are the only ones available.

Reserve works differently: you choose the silhouette from our Mesquite showroom floor, then choose your fabric from 98 premium options — performance chenilles, velvets, flat weaves, boucles, and top-grain leathers. Your piece is then built to your exact specifications by skilled Texas artisans and delivered in 45 days or less.

Is Reserve furniture available anywhere else? No. Quality Home Reserve is exclusive to our Mesquite location. These silhouettes, these fabrics, and this construction program aren't available at any other DFW furniture store.

How long does it take? 45 days or less from order to delivery, measured from the day you finalize your fabric selection in our showroom. Most orders arrive in 30–40 days.

Do I have to come into the showroom? Yes — Reserve pricing and fabric selection require an in-person visit. Our design consultants will help you select from 98 fabric and leather options and configure the right size for your room. No appointment needed during showroom hours.

What does eight-way hand-tied mean vs. a standard sofa? Standard imported sofas use S-wire (sinuous spring) or webbing as seat support — it's faster and cheaper to build.
