What Is Archbold Furniture?

Archbold Furniture has been building solid wood furniture in Archbold, Ohio since 1900. Their craftsmen follow Amish woodworking traditions: every piece is built from solid alder hardwood (no veneer, no MDF, no particleboard), assembled by hand, and finished with a catalyzed conversion varnish that holds up better than standard furniture finishes. Over 125 years in, the process has not changed much -- because there is no reason to change something that works.

What We Carry

Our Archbold Furniture selection covers multiple collections, all in solid alder hardwood:

• Shaker -- clean lines, timeless construction; full bedroom sets (beds, dressers, chests, nightstands, mirrors), bookcases, and living room pieces
• Heritage -- raised panel bedroom collection with a traditional feel
• 2 West -- modern farmhouse aesthetic; bedroom, bookcases, home office, and living room pieces

Floor models at our Mesquite store represent a sample. We order from the full catalog -- if you see a piece online that is not on our floor, ask us.

Every Archbold piece is fully configurable before we place the order:

• 14 stain options -- Natural, Honey, Golden Pecan, Coffee, Flagstone, Iron, and more
• 13 paint colors -- Linen White, Snow White, Storm Gray, Navy Blue, Forest Green, Solid Black, and more
• Multiple hardware finishes to complete the look

You are not picking from whatever showed up on a truck. You are choosing the exact finish and hardware for your space.

Special Order, Made in the USA

All Archbold Furniture is made to order at the factory in Archbold, Ohio. Once you choose your piece, finish, and hardware, it goes into production. Typical lead time is 6 to 8 weeks from order to delivery. That is the trade-off for furniture built exactly the way you want it.
