How Mayo Ordering Works

Mayo is a special-order line. You come to our showroom, look at the frames we have on the floor, and pick your fabric from the swatch book. We place the order with Mayo, they build it in North Carolina, and we deliver it to you. Lead times are typically 8 to 12 weeks.

A few things that matter when you order Mayo:

  • Frame selection first -- the frame determines the seat depth, arm style, and silhouette; get that right before you fall in love with a fabric
  • Measure your room before you come in -- sectional configurations are flexible, but you need to know your wall lengths and door clearances
  • Fabric grades affect price -- Mayo has hundreds of cover options across multiple price grades; we'll walk you through what's available in your budget
  • Leather is available on most frames -- genuine leather and performance leather options are in the book if that's the direction you want to go
