A Traditional Bed That Hides Extra Storage at the Foot
If your bedroom is short on closet space but you still want a classic, furniture-store look, the Kingston bed is worth a close look. Its tall paneled headboard sweeps back at the top in a sleigh shape, and the footboard holds two drawers, a handy spot for spare blankets, sheets or off-season clothes. A warm cherry brown finish, dark metal knobs and turned bun feet give it a traditional feel that fits right in with the rest of the Kingston collection. It comes in queen and king sizes, and the side rails are a standard non-storage style.

Materials and Construction
The headboard and footboard are built from pinewood and plywood along with MDF finished in cherry veneer, and the drawer pulls are dark metal finish knobs. Each footboard has two drawers made with English dovetail joints and corner blocks. The drawers ride on metal glides with 3/4 extension and have a built-in stopper. The Kingston bed is made in Vietnam.
Assembly
Assembly is required. The bed ships in three cartons: one for the headboard, one for the storage footboard with slats, and one for the rails.

Care
Dust the wood surfaces regularly with a soft, dry cloth, wipe up spills promptly, and avoid harsh cleaners on the veneer finish. Each piece carries a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty.
