A Traditional Bedroom Set That Makes Room for More

When the closet is full and the floor space is tight, the McCoy storage bedroom set from Elements gives your things a home without crowding the room. The footboard holds two drawers, so the spare quilt or winter sheets can live right at the foot of the bed. Each nightstand has a USB port for charging at the bedside, and the chest, dresser and nightstands each tuck a hidden drawer into the top. Dental molding along the top edges and dark metal knobs and handles give the whole set a classic, traditional look. Choose a queen or king bed in Dark Brown (listed by Elements as Charcoal) or White (Antique White).

What's Included

Every option starts with the McCoy storage bed in your choice of queen or king. The bed is made up of a panel headboard, a storage footboard with slats, and side rails. From there, pick the pieces that fit your room:

  • 3 Pc. Bed, Chest, Nightstand: storage bed, 5-drawer chest and one 2-drawer nightstand
  • 3 Pc. Bed, 2 Nightstands: storage bed and two 2-drawer nightstands
  • 4 Pc. Bed, 2 Nightstands, Chest: storage bed, two nightstands and a 5-drawer chest

Materials and Construction

Every McCoy piece uses acacia veneer. The bed is a platform style with a 13-piece roll-out slat pack, so no box spring is needed, and it carries an 800 lb weight capacity. Drawers across the set run on 45 mm ball bearing glides. In the case pieces, top drawers are lined in brown felt and bottom drawers are cedar lined, with a dust-proofing bottom layer. The chest has one hidden drawer, the dresser has two, and the nightstand has one. The chest and dresser each come with an anti-tipping kit, and the mirror has beveled glass.

Assembly

The bed requires assembly and ships in three cartons: the headboard, the storage footboard with slats, and the rails. The nightstand, chest, dresser and mirror are each listed by Elements as needing no assembly and ship in one carton apiece.

Delivery and Pickup

This item ships from our Elements warehouse. Clients can schedule delivery or arrange pickup at our Mesquite store, 227 US Hwy 80 E, Mesquite, TX 75150, and our team will confirm timing with you. Every purchase includes a 4-year protection plan, and if it goes unused you get store credit back. Financing is available with approved credit. Questions? Call (972) 288-9322 or stop in Monday through Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM, or Sunday 1 PM to 6 PM.

Care

Each McCoy piece is covered by a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. For everyday care, dust with a soft, dry cloth, wipe up spills promptly, and skip harsh cleaners. Coasters under drinks and lamps help keep the tops looking their best. Due to lighting, the finish color may look slightly different in person than in photos.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a box spring with the McCoy storage bed?
