Cadenza - Upholstered Bedroom Set With PU

A Traditional Bedroom With Carved Detail and a Tufted Headboard

If your taste runs toward classic, detailed furniture, the Cadenza bedroom set from Elements International is worth a close look. The bed pairs a brown wood frame with an arched, button tufted headboard in black PU, and the case pieces carry faux stone tops, carved accents and ornate drawer pulls. The nightstand even includes a USB-C port, so clients can charge a phone right at the bedside. It comes in queen or king, as a 3 piece or 5 piece set.

Materials and Construction

The chest, dresser and nightstand are built with solid wood and topped with beveled faux stone. Drawers run on 45 mm ball bearing glides. In each case piece, the top drawer (or top drawers on the dresser) has a felt lining, and the bottom drawer (or drawers) is lined with cedar. The headboard is upholstered in black PU with resin post and molding details, the footboard also uses resin post and molding, the mirror has a resin frame, and the rails carry a poplar veneer. Listed weight capacities are 58.4 lbs for the chest, 271.2 lbs for the dresser and 81 lbs for the nightstand. The collection is made in Vietnam.

Assembly

The bed requires assembly: the headboard, footboard and rails each ship in their own carton. The chest, nightstand, dresser and mirror arrive assembled, one piece per carton.

Care

Each piece is covered by a 1 year limited manufacturer warranty. For everyday care, dust with a soft, dry cloth, wipe spills promptly, and use coasters under drinks on the faux stone tops. A lightly damp cloth works for the PU headboard; avoid harsh cleaners. Keep pieces out of strong direct sunlight to help protect the finish.
