Montrose - Standard Height Dining Set

A Farmhouse Style Table That Grows With Your Guest List

The Montrose Standard Height Dining Set pairs a warm brown plank style top with an espresso trestle base and chunky X-shaped supports, a traditional look that feels at home in a busy family kitchen or a more formal dining room. The table top comes with one 20" leaf, so you can keep things cozy for weeknight dinners and open it up when relatives come over, and there is a drawer on both ends for napkins, placemats or serving pieces. Light grey fabric seats on the chairs and bench keep the palette soft and easy to pair with your decor. You can build the set four ways: table with four chairs, add a bench, add two host chairs, or go with six side chairs.

Materials and Construction

Every piece is built on a solid wood frame, and the manufacturer lists pine as the veneer material. The frames carry an espresso finish, while the table top is finished in espresso and brown. The side chairs have a classic slat back, and both the side chairs and host chairs use stretchers between the legs to reduce racking. The host chairs add elegant English arms and a higher backrest, fully wrapped in light grey upholstery. Seats on the chairs and bench have supportive foam cushioning, and the bench sits on a trestle base that echoes the table. The collection is made in Vietnam.

Assembly

Assembly is required for every piece. The table top and table base each ship in their own carton, side chairs and host chairs come two per carton, and the bench ships in one carton.
