Park Ridge - Sleigh Storage Bedroom Set

A Farmhouse Sleigh Bed That Hides Extra Storage

If your bedroom could use more drawer space without giving up a classic look, the Park Ridge set from Elements International is worth a close look. The sleigh bed rolls back at the headboard and curls over at the footboard, and that footboard holds two pull-out drawers for blankets, pillows or off-season clothes. Everything comes in a charcoal finish (listed as Dark Gray in the color option) with a weathered, plank-style grain that suits farmhouse and rustic rooms. Choose a queen or king bed, then pick the case pieces that fit your space.

Materials and Construction

The bed is built from engineered wood with a paper veneer that carries the grained charcoal look. Its two footboard drawers use cam lock construction, and the rails attach with hook and pin connections. The case pieces share the same paper veneer and charcoal finish, with metal knobs and pulls and ball bearing drawer glides. The dresser drawers use French dovetail joinery, while the chest and nightstand drawers use butt joint construction. The top drawers on the chest, dresser and nightstand are lined with felt.

Assembly

The bed requires assembly and ships in three cartons: headboard, footboard with slats, and rails. The mirror also requires assembly and ships in one carton. The chest, dresser and nightstand arrive with no assembly required, one carton each.
