Accent Benches

An accent bench is a narrow upholstered or wood bench used decoratively and functionally -- at the foot of a bed, in an entryway, or at the end of a hallway. They are distinct from storage benches (which have internal storage) and dining benches (which are sized for table height). Most accent benches are 36 to 48 inches wide and 16 to 18 inches tall -- a proportional choice for the foot of a queen or king bed or as an entryway seat. The upholstery, wood finish, and leg profile should coordinate with the surrounding furniture. We carry accent benches in fabric and leather, in multiple lengths and styles.
